Return policy

Return and exchange are not subject to:

• products with a short shelf life or those that perish quickly
• sound and visual recordings, computer programs, which you will receive in a sealed package and open them - for example: you will remove the protective foil from a brand new game or CD with music or film
• items that are delivered in a sealed package, and which after opening it you cannot return due to health protection or hygiene reasons - for example: underwear, pregnancy test, electric toothbrush heads, contact lenses, masks
• digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the service began with your express consent before the deadline for withdrawal and after the entrepreneur informs you about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract - for example, downloading an e-book, game code
• any item that has been used. For example: car parts, electronics of any kind, clothing
• any other new products, goods and services
